Phil did an excellent job inspecting our new home. He was quick to schedule on short notice, very thorough and detailed. He was very friendly and helpful when going over the results of his inspection in our new home, too. Communicating with Phil during the process was easy, fast and thorough. The cost of our inspection was fair and payment was very easy with a credit card. We recommend Phil fully for a home inspection!

Phil Farmer conducted my home inspection, and I was truly impressed with his expertise and professionalism. He provided a very detailed report and took the time to go over it with me. He was thorough and friendly throughout the entire process. Since it was a new build, some aspects weren’t finished yet, but he even returned a few days later to ensure everything was functioning properly. I trust his honesty and expertise, which gave me confidence in my purchase. I will definitely reach out to him again for any future inspections. If you need a reliable inspector, he’s the one to call!

Phil with Farmer Home Inspections was great to work with! He was timely and thorough with his work and willing to go into detail to provide my wife and I with the guidance we needed when inspecting a home for the first time. He was patient with us and made it clear what the house needed addressed prior to deciding whether or not we wanted to proceed with purchasing a home. Thanks again Phil!

We were very happy with Phil’s inspection of our home. He was very thorough, friendly and great to work with! The home was new construction and, even though you would expect the house to not even need an inspection, Phil found a lot of items. We spoke with him while he was on sight and he explained the items found answered all of our questions. His report was detailed with lots of photos We both highly recommended him

Phil performed a home inspection for my wife and I and we found him extremely professional and thorough with his report. He was willing to go through everything we had questions about on the report and made sure we were happy with his inspection. We would definitely recommend Farmer Home Inspections for any prospective home buyer.

I’ve never had a more thorough home inspection that made me so very confident going into my new home purchase quite like the inspection completed for me by Phil Farmer. He not only identified all potential concerns but also provided great recommendations and solutions to remedy them as well. He also entertained my plethora of questions and took the time to answer all of them in layman’s terms so that I could easily understand everything within my personalized report. His reports are the best I’ve seen; he covers everything from pillar to post in great detail and with easily identifiable photos. Though the best thing about Phil is that he is so cordial, courteous, and professional; don’t hesitate to hire him for your next home inspection… I’m so very glad I chose Farmer Home Inspections for my new home purchase!

Phil did an inspection on a home we were purchasing and my wife and my daughter were able to attend. Phil was very engaging and answering questions for my wife on things he was finding, which helped her understand so she could pass on to me. His report was thorough and detailed and really appreciated the notes and felt I had enough information to ask for certain items to be fixed. Thanks Phil appreciate your work on our behalf!

Phil was recommended to us by our realtor. He was professional, knowledgeable, and very thorough. We were buying a new home, and we used his report to help create our punch list. We were surprised at how much he found, actually, but glad he did so we could get all of it resolved before closing. He spent time with us going over each item after his evaluation and answered all of our questions. The detailed report with photos was excellent and very helpful. I would absolutely recommend Phil Farmer, and would use him again for any future home purchases.

Phil Farmer is always a pleasure to work with. I refer many of my clients to him for home inspections because he did a thorough and honest inspection of my own home when I purchased it. So far all my clients have been exceedingly pleased with their experience. Thanks, Phil!

Thank you to Phil for his expertise and professionalism. He has made this first-time home-buying process a lot easier, knowing he has checked everything out for us.

Phil was very detailed and helpful during our home inspection. He pointed out all the little details that we would not have noticed without him and was able to provide an idea of what it would cost to fix items around the house.

Phil was highly recommended to us and lived up to his reputation. He did an extremely thorough job and we would definitely recommend him for your inspection needs.

I found Phil through ASHI (the American Society of Home Inspectors). The ASHI requirements go above and beyond what Texas requires for Inspectors and really sets the difference apart from inspectors. Farmers Inspections was very reasonably priced for the high quality you receive. There are no surprise charges and Phil provided a detailed report with pictures. Scheduling an appointment was easy and great availability.

I could not be any happier with Phil and would highly recommend him. He really took the time to answer any questions I had with the home. I also stated to Phil I was worried my realtor might downplay some of the problems (Which did happen- such as maybe the whole roof doesn’t need to be replaced and only the leak repaired). But Phil was honest and works for you, not the realtor.

Phil Farmer is a very professional Inspector. He is able to work with the buyers in a way to help them understand what is important and needs to be done and what is a simple fix. All of my buyers who have used Phil Farmer for their inspections have appreciated his service and would use him again.
What I like best— he does the level test for the foundation. I am not sure of any other inspector that does that as well. Then you can get an engineer if further research is needed. He is very affordable as well on pricing.

This is our third time choosing Farmer Inspections and we couldn’t be more pleased with the work. He does a very thorough inspection and is extremely respectful and personable as well. The reports are returned quickly and it was easy getting scheduled. We would definitely recommend him to anyone who needs a home inspection! 10/10.

Phil was professional and trustworthy with our inspection. His inspection process was very detailed. He explained his findings thoroughly and offered prompt replies to our questions. I feel that his pricing is fair.

I have used Phil multiple times with houses that I was considering buying or did buy. His thoroughness has helped me to make the decision. I love his very detailed reports.

I have used Phil for many inspections throughout my career as a realtor. Phil has been in the business for 20+ years and knows what he is talking about. He does not alarm his clients, but brings attention to items that made need a little repair or a licensed technician to take a further look.

Mr. Farmer was punctual and very easy to talk with. I am confident he did a very thorough job inspecting my new build before the end of my first year warranty.
