1996- present: Managed, supervised renovation and construction (residential & commercial) of multiple homes and swimming pools
1986-2019: Owned and managed residential rental homes 2003-2019
2003: Licensed as Professional Inspector #7148 in Texas and started Farmer Home Inspections 
2004: Certified as FEMA disaster inspector and was deployed to Louisiana, Mississippi and Florida after hurricanes Katrina, Wilma and Rita (2005). Personally performed 400 disaster inspections during the deployment 
2006: Completed Texas Structural Pest Control Board (now known as the Texas Department of Agriculture) required training and apprenticeship (working for a pest control company) and completed Pest Control License and Certification in Wood Destroying Insects and General Pests. (License 13555 / 44665)
2006: Added Wood Destroying Insect Inspections option to our clients
2006-2008: Worked as consultant to Krell Commercial Construction and supervised construction on multiple jobs in Arlington, Southlake, North Richland Hills, Fort Worth and Addison. Worked with city officials and inspectors on plans, inspections and permits.
2008: Began performing foundation elevation surveys for our clients
2008-2018 Certified by National Swimming Pool Foundation as a Certified Pool Operator / Inspector (CPI) CPO-203274
2010-2014 Completed Detector Dog Training (Southern Star Ranch) and used a Highly Trained K9 to perform Bed Bug and Termite detection inspections
2013: Certified as Level 1 Thermographer (67292) by Infrared Training Center
2015: Certified by NAWT in Septic System Inspections (13394ITC)
